     Nedávno som bol na dlhšej služobnej ceste v Českej republike a keďže som nechcel vynechať tréning, rozhodol som sa navštíviť miestnu telecvičnu. Samozrejme, že to nebola náhoda a konal sa tam práve tréning Krav Magy. Inštruktor predvádzal praktikantom tzv. parakotúl. Takže aj práve z tohto dôvodu som si dovolil pridať nejaké nové videá ako nato. Tieto prezentuje inštruktor Jiu Jitsu a podobné videjká nájdete na Official Submissions 101 You Tube Channel.
